The permanent Deadman world just got a massive upgrade. From game-changing charms to returning boss breaches, here’s everything you need to know to survive — and thrive — in World 345.

🧿 New Charms Explained: High-Risk, High-Reward

Four new charms now drop from level 200+ NPCs and breach bosses. These aren’t wearable — they’re held in your inventory and shatter on death, dropping coins for your killer and a “shard” on your gravestone.

  • Nimbleness Charm (1-2m)

Boosts Marks of Grace drops (1 → 5), unlocks all Agility shortcuts (item requirements still apply), and enables auto-pickpocketing until stunned or full.

  • Stockpiling Charm (1.5-2.5m)

Triples loot from Wintertodt, Tempoross, and Guardians of the Rift. Sends gathered resources directly to your bank and stacks Clue Scrolls.

  • Accumulation Charm (5-7m)

Triples Clue Scroll, Chinchompa, and skilling drop rates. Runecrafting yields are multiplied by 5x.

  • Vulnerability Charm (10-12m)

Increases accuracy by 50% against monsters, multiplies Thrall max hits by 5, and reduces incoming monster damage by 25%.

These charms stack well for skilling efficiency — especially with combo setups using Accumulation + Stockpiling for remote resource gathering.

⚔️ Boss Breaches Return: Loot-Filled Chaos Every Weekend

Deadman: Armageddon’s iconic breaches are now permanent — but exclusive to weekends.

  • Spawns every 4 hours, starting Saturday 02:00 GMT through Sunday 22:00 GMT.

  • Area breaches spawn 25+ monsters; specific locations spawn up to 6.

  • Drops include:

    • Ancient Warrior Weapons

    • Trinkets (Vengeance, Fairies, Undead)

    • Charms

    • Supply drops (from Armageddon tables)

    • Guaranteed 1 Chitin per kill, 50% chance of extra supplies

  • Players with active protection time cannot attack or loot breach monsters.

Tip: Talk to Perdu for breach locations and timers. Watch your chatbox for live breach alerts.

🧱 PvP Mechanics Overhauled

📊 Combat Brackets

World 345 is now split into 3 brackets:

  • 3–75 Combat

  • 76–85 Combat

  • 86+ Combat

Each bracket enjoys a 2x unique drop modifier, offering high-value returns for PKing within your tier.

⏳ PJ Timer Rework

The last-hit system is in full effect:

  • If you land the final blow, your teleport will go uninterrupted.

  • If not, another player can PJ you and block your escape.

💀 Looting, Supply Tables & Emblem Adjustments

  • Only 50% of your top 10 stackables are looted on death (a change from full looting).

  • Supply drops now return to all monsters (yes, even goblins can surprise you). THIS IS MASSIVE BY THE WAY.

  • Wilderness Slayer now drops Tier 1 and Tier 5 Emblems.

  • Skulled players receive Magic/Yew Seeds on emblem rolls; unskulled get Dragon Med Helms.

🗡️ Morrigan’s Weapon Buffs

Morrigan’s Javelin (Special Attack)

  • Bleeds now tick every 1 tick (was 3).

  • Damage boosted: 5 → 10 per tick.

  • Total bleed = 75% of original hit (e.g., 40 → 3x 10 splats).

Morrigan’s Thrownaxe

  • Only 25% spec bar used.

  • On-hit, speeds next attack by 1 tick (3-tick rapid weapon!).

🧼 Quality of Life & Classic Content Returns

  • Giant Seaweed farming is back.

  • Crack the Clue 3 can now be completed.

  • Frog randoms are back on Deadman worlds.

  • Blighted Overloads can now be crafted (requires 83 Herblore).

  • Revenants drop regular loot again (emblems still disabled).

  • Vorkath and dragons now drop double noted bones (if Wildy Elite diary is complete).

  • Agility Pyramid now pays 30K coins.

  • Pest Control points are now quadrupled.

🧠 XP Control, Combat Lock, and Other Systems

  • Toggle Combat XP or Hitpoints XP at the Deadman Chest or Nigel in Lumbridge.

  • Players can no longer enter the Colosseum or Hueycoatl private instance while skulled.

  • Statius’s Warhammer guarantees a hit on Tekton's first spec and works as a construction hammer in CoX.

🧭 Final Thoughts from Deadman Wiki

This March 12th update cements World 345 as the ultimate high-risk sandbox in OSRS. With its fresh mechanics, combat bracket incentives, and skilling tools like charms, Deadman Mode is more alive — and dangerous — than ever.

Whether you're chasing clue scrolls or leading breach squads, this is your moment to carve a name for yourself.
