Deadman Mode World 345 is brutal, unforgiving—and deeply rewarding for those who master its unique mechanics. Among the most game-changing systems exclusive to this world are charms and trinkets, special items dropped by high-level monsters and breach bosses. Used correctly, they can skyrocket your profits, boost your XP, or give you an edge in PvP.
But there's a crucial split you need to understand:
👉 Trinkets work in PvP. Charms don’t.
In this guide, we'll break down exactly what each one does, where to get them, how to use them, and how to build an inventory setup around them for maximum survival.

🧿 What Are Charms?
Charms are PvM and skilling enhancers that must be kept in your inventory to activate. They do not affect PvP combat and do not stack with each other in terms of overlapping effects.
All charms are dropped by:
Breach bosses
Monsters with Combat Level 200+ in World 345
⚒️ Stockpiling Charm
Triples rewards from:
Wintertodt
Tempoross
Guardians of the Rift
Turns clue scrolls into stackable boxes (can’t be opened without the charm)
Automatically banks resources from:
Mining
Fishing
Woodcutting
Farming
Synergy: Pairs extremely well with the Accumulation Charm to gather XP and GP fast, without banking.
✨ Accumulation Charm
Triples:
Clue scroll drop rates
Chinchompa captures
Resource XP and yield (Mining, Fishing, Woodcutting, Farming)
Runecrafting yields are multiplied by 5
Must be in inventory
Stacks well with the Stockpiling Charm
🧠 Vulnerability Charm
+50% accuracy in all combat styles vs monsters
+5x max hit for Thralls
-25% damage from monsters
PvP: ❌ No effect
PvM: ✅ Excellent for bossing or tanking
🌀 Nimbleness Charm
Grants access to all agility shortcuts (still need item reqs)
Marks of grace drop x5
Auto-pickpockets until stunned or pouch full
Does NOT grant access to rooftop agility without level
Use this for thieving, shortcut escapes, or diary skip routes.
🧿 What Are Trinkets?
Trinkets are usable in PvP and provide powerful one-click effects. They have cooldowns, but no skill or spellbook requirements. All are:
Tradeable on the Grand Exchange
Dropped by most monsters on the Deadman Mode loot table
Great additions to hybrid or escape setups
🧚 Trinket of Fairies
Grants remote access to fairy rings and spirit trees
Must be unlocked manually beforehand
Cannot be used beyond level 30 Wilderness
Best for skilling setups and escape routes below 30 Wildy.
🛡️ Trinket of Vengeance
Casts Vengeance on-click (30s cooldown)
Works without Lunar spellbook or any Magic level
Strong in PvP burst stacks
No brainer for mains and hybrid accounts.
💀 Trinket of Undead
Summons a random Thrall (mage, range, or melee)
10s cooldown, lasts up to 1 minute
No requirements, no Arceuus book needed
🧩 Combo: Pair with Vulnerability Charm for Thralls that hit up to 15 (PvM only).💥
🎒 Inventory Setup Tips
To maximize value while staying safe:
Type | Slots | Why |
Stockpiling + Accumulation | 2 | Efficient skilling with auto-banking |
Nimbleness | 1 | More Escape Routes |
Vulnerability + Undead Trinket | 2 | PvM burst DPS combo |
Vengeance Trinket | 1 | PvP staple / Anti PK |
Fairies Trinket | 1 | convenient /fast travel |
Pro tip: Keep combo food + brews in your bag at all times when carrying charms — Charms turn to DUST.. They are not cheap.. Check the Price Checker.
